At Humana, as Vice President, Head of Pharmacy Marketing, she shifted the business focus to drive profitable prescription volume, achieving significant budget reductions and improved conversion rates.

Her career highlights include launching Bank of America’s flagship credit card product suite, developing the first machine learning model for JPMorgan Chase’s credit card division reigniting the direct mail channel as a leading profitable account driver and driving marketing strategies for Bank of America’s first mobile banking app that continues to be an industry leader 12 years later.
